Level 3: THE AUTHENTIC LEADER

Implement impactful emotions management techniques to genuinely overcome obstacles

while cultivating a leadership style that reflects ethics and accountability.

LEVEL 4: THE LEADER'S GUIDE

Maximise social impact by taking on a role as a mentor, capable of developing team skills in a structured and measurable way, thereby ensuring effective knowledge and skills transmission within

the organisation. (reknown CTC certification)

LEVEL 5: THE LEADER COACH

Embrace the role of a coaching leader. Master the GROW model and integrate the benefits of

adopting a coaching-based leadership and management style while recognizing the

limitations of coaching practice without certification. Catalyse change by mastering psychosocial skills, thereby facilitating modified behaviors and fruitful collaboration. (possibility of an EMCC accreditation)

Designed for students, educational teams, and businesses, it blends strategic games, leadership development, reflection sessions, and feedback. It shapes enlightened leaders, aware that success rests on three pillars: mindset, physical condition, and professional skills.

From 7 to 21 hours in-person and from 7 to 29 hours of personal work.
