Founder

With over 20 years of experience in international hospitality management, training and mentoring, Krumma excels as a leader and coach, dedicated to improving team dynamics, performance, organizational well-being and individual growth. Originally from Iceland and based in Paris, she has worked extensively across Europe and the United States.

 

Krumma's approach seamlessly integrates positive psychology into her personal and professional life. His innate optimism, exceptional problem-solving skills and his main strengths: love of learning, fairness and enthusiasm, contribute to his effectiveness.

 

As a coach, Krumma adapts his method to meet the unique needs of each client. She has the academic knowledge, experience, and tools to foster self-awareness, discover one's purpose, values, and strengths, and enable individuals to grow both personally and professionally.

 

Krumma's customer base is diverse, ranging from graduate students to CEOs. Currently, she is involved in an important project that connects higher education with organizations. The "Thrive to Perform & Perform to Thrive" mental health program focuses on developing emotional intelligence, resilience and psychological capital, resulting in immediate improvements in well-being and performance.

 

Educationally, Krumma has just started her doctorate in leadership and strategic management. She also holds a master's degree in positive psychology and coaching psychology, supplemented by a bachelor's degree in hotel management. Additionally, she has earned various professional certifications including Extended DiSC, Mindfulness Educator, PQ Positive Intelligence, Life Coaching, and Cognitive Behavioral Practitioner. Krumma is an EMCC (European Mentoring and Coaching Council) Certified Practitioner and a Global EMCC Research Volunteer.
