You've been waiting for the holidays for so long, and now you end up fighting.
You're not alone...
Allow me to help you transform frustration, conflict, and even fights into growth opportunities.
Over the next 21 days, I will share tips on how to build 21 psychosocial competencies or life skills that are essential for developing positive mental health and coping with life's everyday adversities.
The WHO (World Health Organization) presented 10 psychosocial skills 30 years ago. The French Health Organisation has since expanded this to 21 skills, launching an ambitious mission to equip all French children with these competencies by 2037.
But what about you, your family, and your team?
Let's start now. Let's do it together.
The holidays are meant to be a time of joy, relaxation, and connection. While conflicts can arise, this period also offers a unique opportunity to develop and strengthen psychosocial competencies.
